Location: V5161.0273

Have you always wanted to have a nice overview of all your coding projects? Not having six different test.c files in your directory, just because you wanted to try something out? Then attend this workshop, which will teach you about the ease and comfort of Git. Git is a distributed revision control and source code management (SCM) system. It keeps track of everything you have coded and allows you to retrieve older versions of your code. Every Git working directory is a full-fledged repository with complete history and full version tracking capabilities, not dependent on network access or a central server.

During this workshop you will learn the basics of Git and how to use them for your projects.
