But, to start building up your excitement, we can reveal that we'll be serving several different craft beers!

Join a Committee

Cover is run voluntarily by students. Most activities are organized by committees. Joining a committee is a great thing. Together with other students you organize cool things for the association. You get to know new people, learn new skills, and have lots of fun!

You can find an overview of committees that are looking for new members below. If you are interested in joining one of them, send an e-mail to before the deadline.

Interesting committees for first-years

FirstYearCee: Are you a first-year and looking for a committee, but unable to pick one? Join the FirstYearCee! The FirstYearCee organizes three activities in a year, which means it is not as demanding as other committees. It is a good wat to get to know Cover and committee work together with fellow first-years. (Deadline: 22nd of September.)

AphrodiTee: Do you want to organize activities with a feminine touch? Then join the AphrodiTee! (Deadline: 10th of November.)

IntroCee: Do you want to organize next year’s introductory day and introductory camp? Join the IntroCee! (Deadline: 6th of October.)

YearBookCee: Are you creative or looking for a way to put your mark on Cover? Join the YearBookCee! The YearBookCee publishes a YearBook before the end of the year. (Deadline: 6th of October.)

StudCee: Do you like helping your fellow students? Are you good at explaining things? The StudCee organises study support for all the Artificial Intelligence and Computing Science students. A first-year computing scientist would really complete their ranks, but anyone is welcome! (Deadline: 6th of October.)

Other committees (may also apply for first-years)

HEROcee: Would you like to know what to do in case of fire, learn to extinguish one. Learn simple medical aid? Join the HEROcee and apply your learned skills when needed. You can only join the HEROcee after your propaedeutics. (Deadline: 16th of October.)

LANcee: Do you want to organize a LAN, a crash and compile or other programming or gaming related activities? Join the LANcee! (Deadline: 10th of November.)

Memory: Do you love the Cover Room as much as we do? Show your love and affection by joining the Memory! As a member of the Memory you have a 2-hour shift each week, where you are responsible for the Cover Room. Beside that you get a say in the interior of the room and you organize Thursday Afternoon Borrels (TAB) and some activities. (Deadline: 29th of September.)

PCee: Do you know the ins and out of hardware? Help Cover and join the PCee. As PCee you build and maintain the computers in the Cover Room. (Deadline: 6th of October.)
