Karaoke Night

The FirstYearCee has organized a Karaoke night! Come to sing your lungs out or to look at the people willing to do so on stage and have a couple of drinks. Of course the people who sing the most extraordinary songs and do the best will be rewarded!

Ice Skating

Last year we had an amazing time at Kardinge and we could not miss it this year! The cold weather is slowly disappearing and maybe now is your last chance to be on the ice and also since Kardinge is not opening its doors for ice skating winter is coming again. The entrance will be € 4,80 if you bring your student card, otherwise it will be € 6,50. If you don't have proper ice skates, then you will also be able to hire them for € 6,- at Kardingen. We hope to see you at Kardinge!

TAB-talk: Happy Ship

This TAB-talk will be given by Happy ship, a computer animation studio right here in Groningen. You may have heard from them, because they have this awesome virtual reality swing. But they have many more projects. So don’t hesitate to come by and learn more about Happy ship and their projects. The TAB-talk will be held in the Cover room where you can enjoy some beer (or other refreshments) while listening. We will provide some snacks. See you all there!

What's cool? Pirates!
What's delicious? Pie!
And since it's the week of Pi-day we will combine all these things into one great activity! The Memory will be providing pirate related snacks, drinks, and music. And we ask you all to provide a home baked pie, for there will be a contest to see whose pie is the most delicious (as judged by the jury)!

So grab your scimitar and eyepatch, and bake a pie, as good as the world has never tasted before!


AudiCee Committee Member

Are you an expert when it comes to bookkeeping? Have you been treasurer of an association before? Are you concerned with/interested in the financials of Cover? Help us out and apply for the AudiCee! As an AudiCee member you will audit the books of Cover and advise the treasurer when asked for. Interested? College Carrousel Assistants

Do you want to earn some money? We are looking for students to assist with the College Carrousel. This is an event where 16 and 17 year old high school students (4e klas) are shown University per Faculty. We are looking for day assistants, who are paid € 35, and afternoon helpers, who are paid € 15. As a Day assistant you bring people to their classes in the morning and help as an afternoon helper in the afternoon. An entire day is from 9 till 16 and an afternoon is from 13 till 16. College Carrousel takes place on the 29th, 30th and 31st of March and the 5th, 6th and 7th of April. Are you interested? Please contact a board member or e-mail to!
