During the weekend we experienced some problems with our server. The AC/DCee fixed the problems today, so our website and mail system are working again :) Mail that was sent to * during the outage should have been delivered as normally by now.

MxCee Committee Members

The MxCee — Mega Excursion Committee — is a committee that organises a trip to a country outside of Europe. Last year a trip to New Zealand was organized and it was awesome!

We are now looking for people that are willing to organise a similar trip to another destination. The trip is aimed to take place in November 2017, which leaves you with ample time to organise the trip and gather the required funding. Do you want to know more? Please contact the Commissioner of Internal Affairs by mailing to You can apply until the 25th of May.

SNiC Committee Members

SNiC (Stichting Nationaal informatica Congres / National Computing Science Conference Foundation) is a conference for all computing science students in the Netherlands. Every year about 400 students attend, making this event quite challenging to organize and a good addition to any CV. Every year we partake in this event and in 2017 we want to organise it as well. Every conference has its own CS related theme. Since it is Computing Science Conference, we have a preference for Computing Science students, but people from AI or other programs can also apply.

For an overview of previous conferences, their topics and their organisers check the SNiC website. For more information please send an e-mail to You can apply until the 27th of May.

AphrodiTee Committee Members

The AphrodiTee is saying goodbye to quite a few of its members next September. To fill this void they are looking for new members. The AphrodiTee organises activities with a feminine character. For example a Dine and Dance, Veni Vidi Vino (wine tasting), and a sushi workshop. Being in the AphrodiTee takes at most 1 hour a week. Do you want to join the AphrodiTee next year and do you want to be ahead of the competition with first years next year? Send an e-mail to before the 18th of May.

ABCee Committee Members

The Academic Broadening Committee organises all sorts of activities. From university visits and small excursions to lectures, tab-talks and other academically interesting experiences. Being a member of the ABCee takes 1–2 hours a week. Being in the ABCee is a great opportunity to broaden your horizons and learn valuable skills you can not learn anywhere else. Are you interested? Please send an e-mail to before the 18th of May.
