ActivitiesBIT (BIT of Introductory Time)
To all first-year students: we’d hereby like to welcome you to Cover. Cover is the study association for Artificial Intelligence and Computing Science at the University of Groningen. We help you during your studies and organize great activities. We look forward to getting to know you and having a great time together!
BIT is a period with activities in September to get to know the ins and outs of studying and student life. In groups of 6 first-years, led by 2 older students, you can visit various activities. You get to know lots of people and make new friends. Check bit.svcover.nl for info and registration.
To senior students: would you like to lead a BIT group to help first-years get to know Cover? Then sign up on bit.svcover.nl! You can sign up with someone else if you’d like to lead a group together.

What is a better way to start the academic year with some beer in the Tapperij? Nothing! (duh)
Gather all your Cover friends, and tell them your amazing holiday stories! Did you know that all your stories are even better when you have some beer? We all know that everyone has just paid there tuition fees, but we have an amazing solution. The first 100 beer are free!
So be on time and get wasted for free (which you can totally afford because there are not any assignment deadlines yet)!
