Week review

It is the last week before the summer starts! I hope you are all looking forward to a great summer! This week Cover organised the large LAMA as a love letter to all active members. The weather was great and the beer was cold, at least at the start... Later in the week, the ActiviTee held their last social events for this academic year: Boating through the Canals and the July Social. Now, if that wasn't a nice day, I wouldn't know what is. We wish you all a last for your last resits next week!

Intense love, Max

Green Growth

On 5 September the Green Office will start the course Green Growth. During the course teachers and professionals from the work field will inspire you with stories about sustainability. They will show you how they have integrated sustainability in their personal and/or professional lives and how you can do the same.

The course consists of 7 lectures and excursions. We will go on an excursion to the Eemshaven, where you get a guided tour. We will also visit a local farm to hear how they integrate sustainability there. The focus of the course is on interaction, discussion and critical thinking. After completing this course you will be full of inspiration and knowledge about sustainability and how to contribute to sustainable society!
