Full week ahead!

Hi all! Upcoming week will be filled with nice activities! First off, the PhotoCee will teach you a trick or two about the composition of a nice photo in their Photography Workshop. After you've learned some new tricks and shot some nice pictures, the PhotoCee will have a reward for the winner! Next up, there will be a First year coding challenge hosted at Belsimpel! This is a great opportunity to engage in a challenge and learn from professionals. On Wednesday there will be a Staff lunch where everyone is invited to enjoy a free lunch whilst chatting to staff members, reasearchers and PhD'ers in a casual setting. The week will be closed off with the announcement of the location of this year's ExCee, so be sure to grab a drink and join the Kahoot!

Joejoe,

Marieke

We want you to be in a committee!

A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!

HEROCee: This is Cover's safest committee. The members of this committee can be asked to perform as an ERO at several activities. When you join this committee, you can get your ERO course for free. You'll gain first-aid skills whilst being a HERO to all Cover members!

Complaints Committee: This independent committee has the goal to listen to and resolve complaints regarding the way a person has been treated by a member of or a person who is affiliated with Cover. They listen to all involved parties and, in the case of a serious complaint, they advise the board on how to resolve the situation. Of course, they will handle all complaints with as much confidentiality as possible. Please be aware of the fact that this committee is a GA committee. This means that applicants have to be approved by the General Assembly. To keep a good balance a female addition to the committee is preferred.

ActiviTee: This is the activities committee, also known as the "ActiviTee". They make sure that members of Cover have plenty of fun activities to go to outside the Cover room. You can think of drinking activities, creative activities, relaxing activities or more sportive activities. It has something for everyone! We
