Ready, steady, go!

First, a warm welcome to our new members! Although part of me is in denial, the summer break is over. But with this end, an exciting academic year is about to begin! On Monday, the Kick-Off week officially starts with a number of great Cover events!

On Wednesday evening, during the Cover Radio the Candidate Board will introduce themselves talk about the ins and outs of studying in Groningen, and of course play some great songs!

On Thursday evening, we have an event for all of you brainiacs out there: The Pub Quiz, where you can showcase your knowledge across all types of topics! You can put together a group of geniuses, or just conquer the Pub Quiz world solo!

Friday will be an exciting day for all survivors, builders and explorers, as our lovely LCDee is hosting a Minecraft Tournament! May the best Steve (or Alex) win! Don't worry about the reference, I also had to look it up.

The Kick-Off week will end with a physical (and corona-proof!) event! Meet your fellow 1st year students through fun games and activities at the park! We hope to see you there!

Toedeloe,

Leo

We want you to be in a committee!

A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!

Board Support Committee

The academic year has almost started! Just like last year, we are looking for some extra pairs of hands, that will form the Board Support Committee! This is a great opportunity to get to know what the board does behind the scenes, while also helping to organise fun activities! The form of the Board Support Committee hasn't been determined yet for this year. This means that it can be a very flexible committee, depending on your availability. If this has peaked your interest, we'd love to hear from you and shape the committee together!

Are you interested in joining a committee? Don't hesitate to contact Feline, our Commissioner of Internal Affairs!
