Here we go again

Hey all!

You might be wondering: "oh what does Leo mean with this title? What's happening again?". I dunno. Thought it would be funny. I still think it's funny. Arguably this is also the result of a lack of inspiration and time. Oh, join our Discord! We now also have a breakfast channel for morning chit-chat and procrastination. Great stuff!

Just today we had a super cool brewery tour of 'De Prael', where we learnt how beer is conjured! During the tour, we also enjoyed a few beers that were very recently brewed!

Coming up, we have a CoverTalk by Maikel, who will be talking about his hands-on experiences, struggles and great thrills with Machine Learning applications in the real world!

We also have a DUO Inhouse day coming up, where we will get to know more about the organisation, while also playing an escape room! The best part is: There is a chance to win an Arduino kit!

Finally, next Friday you can test your knowledge through the "Are You Smarter Than The First Years?" Quiz! If you are confident that you know (and still remember) the basics, you are in for a fun evening!

P.S.: We had beans, now we got socks.

We want you to be in a committee!

A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!

Online self-support: For many students, an online and anonymous approach is a first step towards mental support. Mirro’s self-help modules provide you with online support if you are going through a difficult time. There are several topics you can choose from, e.g. anxiety, work stress or worrying. These e-health modules are also very suitable to support you with topics such as alcohol, gaming or mourning.
