Newsletter

A newsletter.

The newsletter welcomes you.

The newsletter invites you to read further.

You read further, even though you know you will regret it.

The newsletter invites you to the XXXclusive Board Interest Dinner. In disbelief, you are way too excited about it.

The newsletter moves on.

The newsletter informs you of the 'amazing' Member Weekend. The newsletter does so because it thinks you like fun. It's true.

The newsletter moves on.

The newsletter gives you the news that Flow is organising a lecture that might be of interest to you. The activity is about Data Encryption, a topic that intrigues you mildly, at least.

The newsletter moves on.

The newsletter lets you know through telepathy that you need to conquer. Catan is the way. You feel obliged to join the Catan Board game night. The newsletter got what it wanted.

The newsletter moves on.

The newsletter is excited about the (postponed) internationalisation activity. The newsletter knows that only the people who signed up know what it's all about. And it's good stuff. The newsletter nods at you affirmatively, knowing that you have now signed up.

The newsletter moves on.

The newsletter does not care about your career. But you do. The newsletter knows that and so it invites you to the Career Day. It's free, after all. Network. Broaden your network. Meet people. Meet companies. Expand your network. Join. Network.

The newsletter says "toedeloe,"

The newsletter signs with "Leo".

The newsletter sends itself.

We want you to be in a committee!

A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!

PropaganDee: This committee creates beautiful promotional materials for Cover's events, that are displayed as posters and social media posts (such as our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn). If you have a passion for graphic design and want to flex your creative muscle, this is the one for you!

SporTee: The SporTee is the committee that makes sure we get away from our desks every now and then! They have organized many different activities, ranging from a lowkey game of ultimate frisbee to bigger outings such as paintball. Do you have crazy, sporty ideas for fun events? Then this is the one for you!

Are you interested in joining a committee? Don't hesitate to contact Amber, our Commissioner of Internal Affairs!

DataDump Experiment!: It’s time for phase 2 of DataDump’s facial attractiveness experiment, in which we try to uncover whether masks make people more or less attractive. Pictures of people with and without masks have been gathered, and now we are looking for people to rate them! If you want to participate, you can find the link to the experiment above. It will take about 3 minutes. The experiment only works on PC.

The data gathered in the experiment will be anonymised, and no statements will be made about individual attractiveness ratings. We are only interested in whether there is a general difference in attractiveness when people do or don’t wear a mask.
