AhoiHalllooo,
Welcome to one of the last newsletters of the year! Surprisingly, this one will actually contain news and other useful stuff. Maybe.
Currently, the weather is grim. Grimmer than it should be. But that's life. In other news, aliens are real and unicorns are magical. Revolutionary. Unlike unicorns, the AIHack Covid is going strong during this weekend. Best of luck to all participants!
Do you want to feel like a king or a queen? No? Alright. Regardless, feel free to join the Royal Social! This will be the last social of the year. It won't be a normal social, as there will also be a nice BBQ. All for free! There are limited spots though, so sign-up quickly and swiftly.
Moving onwards with haste, we have the Large LAMA coming up! If you are a committee member, this is the activity for you! Come join us for some pitch&putt and dinner at Baxbier. Check your committee email to sign-up!
Finally, now that the first DataDump project is done, the committee is moving to the next one! This study is on the topic of Cybersecurity Awareness, which is relevant to all of us, to say the least. You can contribute by filling in their survey.
That's all for now! Have a good weekend and enjoy the post-exam waves of calmness (unless you are taking re-sits, in which case, best of luck!)
Toedeloe,
Leo
We want you to be in a committee!
A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!
PhotoCee:
This committee loves to capture memorable moments at activities! Each picture on the website is carefully curated and edited by the PhotoCee. Aside from taking pictures, they also organize a yearly activity, such as a photography workshop.
SporTee:
The SporTee is the committee that makes sure we get away from our desks every now and then! They have organized many different activities, ranging from a lowkey game of ultimate frisbee to bigger outings such as paintball. Do you have crazy, sporty ideas for fun events? Then this is the one for you!
Are you interested in joining a committee? Don't hesitate to contact Amber, our Commissioner of Internal Affairs!
