Sweet Summer Break is (almost) here!Hey hey everyone,
I hope everyone did amazingly well in their exams and if you still have a few to go, good luck!
Starting with the important stuff, if you are a committee member and want to give pitch&putt a go, join us at the LLAMA! There is also free dinner :) Sign-up by sending me an email, or by responding to the committee email. The Symposium theme will also be announced at the LLAMA!
Deadline for the LLAMA sign-ups are today at 17.00!
We are also setting up a brainstorm to discuss ideas of how to use the extra board grant. In the next General Assembly, a decision will be made and all ideas will be presented, so come to the brainstorm to prepare and think with us! If you already have any ideas or questions, just contact the board.
While that's it for the events before the summer break, we still have a few important things to know!
There are 2 absolutely amazing surveys you shouldn't miss out on! As things are starting to open up again, it seems that life is slowly but surely going back to normal. The YearbookCee is now wondering what Cover members have been spending their time on during the pandemic! The results of the survey will be published in the yearbook '20-'21.
Finally, here is a reminder to also check out DataDump's survey on the topic of Cybersecurity Awarenes. Of course, this topic is relevant to all of us, so help them gather lots of sweet data!
Now, before I go, I want to give a small reminder to committees to have a look through their wiki page and update it wherever necessary. It will be much appreciated by future members (and clicking the 'save' button when making changes feels great)!
Toedeloe,
Leo
We want you to be in a committee!
A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!
PhotoCee:
This committee loves to capture memorable moments at activities! Each picture on the website is carefully curated and edited by the PhotoCee. Aside from taking pictures, they also organize a yearly activity, such as a photography workshop.
SporTee:
The SporTee is the committee that makes sure we get away from our desks every now and then! They have organized many different activities, ranging from a lowkey game of ultimate frisbee to bigger outings such as paintball. Do you have crazy, sporty ideas for fun events? Then this is the one for you!
Are you interested in joining a committee? Don't hesitate to contact Amber, our Commissioner of Internal Affairs!
