We want you to be in a committee!

A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!

💼 SympoCee is the committee that organizes the Cover Symposium every year. The symposium is a one day event with an interesting and study-related subject. For example, our last symposium's theme was A.R.T. in AI.

🎂 LustrumCee is the committee that organises the Cover Lustrum, every 5 years. Next year in September, Cover will turn 30 and for that we need a committee to organise a week of celebration. The theme of the last lustrum was Hello world! During this week they organized all kinds of activities, from a symposium to an Intergalactic Gala!

💡 IlluminaTee organises educational events that go beyond the degree programmes of AI, CS and CSS. The committee supports the Commissioner of Educational Affairs and organises events such as CoverTalks and bootcamps.

Are you interested in joining a committee? Don't hesitate to contact Alexandra, our Candidate Commissioner of Internal Affairs!

Help Dinu

Dinu Darii is a colleague of ours that is studying BSc Computing Science and he is now in need for help. He was diagnosed with brain cancer. The disease showed itself two years ago and since then he was on serious medication, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and re-irradiation, however the disease is still progressive and no other traditional medication against cancer is now an option. The doctors told his family that a drug, ONC201, available in France is the only hope on the agenda that Dinu needs. This drug is very costly, so the family and friends have set up a GoFundMe campaign, where you can donate. Click here for the campaign.
