Welcome Home

Hello kind people,

I have shocking news! There is another week ahead of us. But worry not, we will make sure you are not too bored.

Board XXXI is coming back for one final time and only for you they came up with a very special activity. Join them, Ben Wolf (Board XX), and Paul Vogt (Board I), for a Former Boards Brunch to find out what Cover was like decades ago. Seems like we will be in eggscellent company.

Later that day you can discover the world of embedded hardware and software at the IoT workshop at CGI. Here you will be able to delve into the practical aspects of IoT in a focused setting while you enjoy a free dinner.

Talking about discovering: If you still need something to do, you should check out the new edition of DisCover, which our awesome committee DisCover has been working on hard. You can also order a printed version for free here, if you would prefer that. Enjoy reading!

We want you to be in a committee!

⚠️ Here is a cool thingy for our new members: Ever heard of a committee? A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!

Are you good at mediating? Can you de-escalate and resolve conflicts or would you like to learn how? Then the Complaints Committee is for you! The complaints committee handles complaints confidentially and aims to solve the issues that come up. Through this committee, you can learn how to deal with conflicts and solve issues between people, a useful tool in the long run.

Do you like designing posters? Marketing events? Posting on social media? PropaganDee is the committee for you! PropaganDee supports other committees in creating posters for their events and upkeeps Cover's magnificent Instagram page. If design interests you or you want to join the most creative committee, join PropaganDee now!

Are you interested in joining a committee? Don't hesitate to contact Luca, our Commissioner of Internal Affairs!

You can find more information on the website

No-Photo Pins

If you prefer not to be photographed by us at any Cover events, grab a "No-Photo" pin (see picture). PhotoCee members will make sure not to take pictures of anyone wearing the pins!

They will be placed next to the Pixels QR codes, but you can ask the board or the organizing committee for one as well.

Brunch Boom

Bunch may owe its prominence in pop culture to the ladies of Sex and City, making it no surprise that Food & Wine magazine named New York City the best brunch city in the United States.
