Hello everyone,

We are starting off the week productively, with a Café Study Session at TOET. Finish up your last assignments, or start your exam prep early while having some tea, coffee and cake fully on us! There are still spots available, so make sure you sign up.

Afterwards we can be excited for the third edition of the CGI: Knowledge Exchange Dinner! With the theme of "Local insights through AI and Data Science", I am sure the evening will bring forth some interesting topics and conversations.

On Wednesday, we will finally decide on the next candidate board during the 🍭 General Assembly 🍭. This is where we discuss the future and current state of the association. As usual, we will need a minimum number of participants at a General Assembly in order to make decisions, so please be there.

Beforehand we have organised some dinner with a small discount for everyone. Make sure to sign up for the Pre-GA Food Gathering if you want to eat with us in the Cover Room before the GA.

Get ready to defend Cover at the Minecraft Tournament organised by DLCee, together with three study associations around the country: via (University of Amsterdam), Inter-Actief and Abacus (both University of Twente). There will be a creative building challenge, a pvp battle and an anarchy tournament. In the anarchy tournament you will be allowed pretty much anything, including hacks, to defend your study association against the other associations that are participating. Come along to defend Groningen's and Cover's standing!

Auf Wiedersehen, Jellybean!

We want you to be in a committee!

⚠️ Here is a cool thingy for our new members: Ever heard of a committee? A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!

Every year, Cover organises a Symposium. Symposiums are one-day events that are filled with great talks on a range of many different topics. Did you enjoy the last Symposium? Are you passionate about any particular talks? Interested in coming into contact with talkers passionate in their field? Join SympoCee to help organise this unique event next year.

Do you want to learn how to make and maintain a website and other digital infrastructure? AC/DCee is the committee for you. Whether you already know a lot about web development or want to learn about it, this committee is interesting for everyone. Do you want the tasks of fixing bugs, redesigning some of the webpage, or undertaking a project to further Cover's digital infrastructure, you can do it all in AC/DCee!

Are you interested in joining a committee? Don't hesitate to contact Luca, our Commissioner of Internal Affairs!
