Almost weekend

Good day everyone! I hope you are hanging in there, feeling good, feeling energized. I have had a particularly long week, so I am really looking forward to the weekend. One more day... Either way, we have some events that you can look forward to.

For the rest of February and the beginning of March, StudCee is hosting their Owl Design Competition. Design your own version of Dr. Hoot and win the chance to get a mug with the winning designs.

On Tuesday the 25th, you can join the DLCee for Beerio Kart! For those of you that are unfamilliar, you will play a single round of Mario Kart where there are only two rules: You must finish your beer before you drive over the finish line and you may only drink while standing still.

Wednesday is GA day! We will be having a pre-GA Food Gathering immediately followed by the Half-Year General Assembly. This GA is very important, because we are discussing the Half-Year reports, the Half-year realization and many more important matters. If you want to check in on the matters of the association, or make your voice heard, make sure to attend the Half-Year General Assembly.

On Thursday we will have a TAD as usual, but this week is a little different than usual. This week ExCee will do the Excursion Announcement TAD. Make sure to drop by to find out where ExCee is going!

The TAD on Thursday will be followed by a Tapping Workshop: Centurion Edition. If you want to learn how to tap the perfect beer while having a fun evening, this is the event for you!

The week will end on Friday with the Esoteric Programming Language Workshop, where you will learn to use the weirdest programming languages to make some fun projects.

That's it from me, I hope you have a wonderful weekend and I will see you next week at all of these great events!

See you at the bbq🍖🍺!

Julian

We want you to be in a committee!

⚠️ Here is a cool thingy for our new members: Ever heard of a committee? A committee is a group of friends that work towards a common goal. You can learn about all sorts of topics such as budgeting, planning, sponsoring, and much more! See the website for a complete overview of committees that are looking for members!

Are you good at mediating? Can you de-escalate and resolve conflicts or would you like to learn how? Then the Complaints Committee is for you! The Complaints Committee handles complaints confidentially and aims to solve the issues that come up. Through this committee, you can learn how to deal with conflicts and solve issues between people, a useful tool in the long run.

Studcee is one of our most important educational committees. They organize support lectures for all your (least) favorite courses. They also manage our study channels (which you can find here and our exam database.

Are you interested in joining a committee? Don't hesitate to contact Phillip, our Commissioner of Internal Affairs.
